Alexey Kondratchik has rejoined Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld as a partner in the firm’s Moscow office.

The announcement follows the promotion of corporate and capital markets specialist Andrei Danilov to partner in Moscow on January 1 2009.

Kondratchik focuses on joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and financings in Russia and across the Commonwealth of Independent States.
 
The appointments bring the number of partners in Akin Gump’s Moscow office to seven.
