Albanian firm Apicella & Partners has advised Italy’s Falcione Group in its winning tender to build a €1 billion Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) re-gasification terminal on the Albanian coast.

Berardino Apicella led the firm on the project, which will also include an LNG pipeline from southern Albania to southern Italy.

Ottaviano Sanseverino from Gianni Origoni Grippo & Partners and Tessa Lee from Linklaters also advised Falcione, while Eversheds advised the Albanian government.
