Romanian firm Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen has promoted five lawyers to partnership in the latest phase of its consolidation programme.
As reported on Legalwire, the firm lost three partners and ten lawyers in July after they left to form a spin-off firm, Peli Filip.
Gabriela Cacerea (M&A), Ruxandra Maria Bologa (M&A), Simona Neagu (Litigation), Emil Bivolaru (Litigation) and
Ana-Maria Miron (Tax) have all been promoted to partnership, bringing the firm's partner count to 14.
The firm also announced the promotion of nine lawyers to senior associate level.
