Baker & McKenzie promotes 24 in Asia

Baker & McKenzie has promoted 24 lawyers to the partnership in its Asia-Pacific offices.

The lawyers join nine recently-appointed partners, including lateral hires, bringing the total number of new partners to 33.

The new partners are:

Beijing: Andrew Lucas and Beatrice Schaffrath
Hong Kong: Kareena Teh, Maria Joannides Smith, Martin Tam and Rossana Chu

Jakarta: Mochamad Fachri
Melbourne: Bruce Taylor and Simon De Young
Shanghai: Bee Chun Boo
Singapore: Celeste Ang, Chua Tse-Ling, Lynette Low and Stephanie Magnus
Sydney: David Jones, Elisabeth Coffey, Hanna Lee, Paul Welch, Paula McCabe and Sean Duffy
Taipei: Bobby Huang, Chris Tsai and Nicole Chu
