Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy has hired Weiheng Chen to join its Hong Kong office.
Chen is an M&A and private equity specialist and joins Milbank from Sullivan & Cromwell.
The appointment reflects Milbank's strategy to increase its focus on China.
