Latham & Watkins is representing Adidas in the formation of an Argentine joint venture.

Adidas will join with Vulcabras to distribute Reebok products in Argentina, in a seven-year agreement.

This is the third joint venture between Adidas and Vulcabras. The two companies have also enacted agreements in Brazil and Paraguay. Latham also represented Adidas in both previous deals.

Jose Fernandez is leading the Latham team from New York, along with John Colahan from the firm's London office.

Diana Wainrib and Erik Bodenhofer are offering in-house counsel to Adidas.  

Pablo Andreas Artagaveytia and Pedro Serrano Espelta are leading the Marval O'Farrell & Mairal team providing local counsel in Argentina.
