Bredin Prat is advising Crédit Mutuel-CIC, while Gide Loyrette Nouel is acting for Banco Popular France.

As part of the proposal, Grupo Banco Popular can continue providing banking services to its customers in France through Crédit Mutuel-CIC’s network.

Bredin Prat’s team was led by corporate partner Benjamin Kanovitch and tax partner Sébastien de Monès, while Gide was headed by Jean-Guillaume de Tocqueville d'Hérouville, Cira Caroscio and Thomas Urlacher.

Gide Loyrette Nouel has had a strong start to the month, winning a role on French rail company SNCF's purchase of freight firm Geodis, as reported earlier today.
